Roasted Asparagus

Ingredients

  • One bunch asparagus
  • Olive oil or sesame oil
  • 2-3 cloves minced garlic

Break off woody end of asparagus spears. Lay spears in a single layer on a baking sheet. Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with garlic

Bake in a preheated oven of400 degrees 8-10 minutes.

Season to taste with sea salt. Or if desired, drizzle with balsamic vinegar or lemon juice just prior to serving.
